Ever seen anyone so happy to have a bath? Oh the joy of your own tub (on loan from Santiago), your own rubber duckie (on loan from big sister) and your own squeaky dragon (handed down, again from big sis). Oh dear Sammy, we need to get you some of your own stuff my boy.

Check out the teal green walls. Psychodelic.

A folk dance from Sinaloa, state where Maya and Sammy's birth mother is from. He sat mesmerized while I tried to shield his ears from the wall of noise blaring from the loudspeakers.

Dance from somewhere around this region. Big street festival of tacos and beer (of which we had neither) in Rosarito at the moment, for spring break.

Emma and Sammy.Big congratulations from all of us here on the adoption being finalized.

If Maya is anything like Arran she will keep saying how much she loves her new brother, then when you`re not looking they get the odd slap/push etc. When you go in to see why baby is crying "oh mama i didn`t hit her,she just fell down".....!!!!!!

HiEmma, wonderful pictures. Glad to hear things are progressing, even though you aren't sure when you'll be home.

Have read through your blog entries and know you have worked with Aida for both of your adoptions. Would love to learn more as my husband and I would love to adopt from Mexico. In your reply to a previous Congrats I sent you offered to email me with more information. My email is dmarij@comcast.net. Thank you in advance for your help and insight.
